Do you have a 3 or 5 litre tin in your pantry? The jar is the most practical — and most beautiful — way to keep it within reach in the kitchen. Pour in the oil, close it, and it is always ready without opening and closing the tin each time. The terracotta protects it from light and keeps the flavour intact.

I have had the very best of customer service with this business that I have not had dealings with before. As a non Italian speaker the response in English has been extremely helpful. From ordering to despatch, the service has been quick and efficient. There has been no problem with communication. The packaging was secure and the two jars ordered arrived safely in one piece. This is the most delightful olive oil jar I have seen. The Trulli design is the best representation of my Puglia experience. If ordered without the oil, it comes without a cap, so I am still trying to track down a pourer that fits. In the meantime the beautiful ceramic is used more as a vase than an oil pourer. I would certainly order from this business again.
