Right of Withdrawal and Return Procedures

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days!

How to Make a Return:

  1. Pack the items carefully to ensure they do not get damaged during transit. Damaged items cannot be refunded.

  2. Send the package to the following return address:

Important: Keep the shipping receipt. If the package gets lost during delivery, you will need the receipt for verification. We assume responsibility for the package as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and will contact you via email to confirm receipt.

Refund or Exchange Options:

  1. Full refund in EURO of the item's cost.

  2. Exchange with other available items.

  3. Credit to your personal customer account to use for your next purchase.

  4. Refund will be processed within 5 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  5. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Reservation of Items for Exchange:

You can reserve items you wish to exchange before they are purchased by others. Contact us at: 338.8591106 or write to our customer service.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Campaign vouchers and promotional codes will be adjusted based on the number of items in the order. For example, if you used a voucher and decide to return an item, the voucher value will be proportionally deducted.

  2. Unopened products can be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt for any reason of dissatisfaction.

Claims and Manufacturer's Warranty:

Returns due to product manufacturer issues (e.g., storage defects) will be promptly sent to the manufacturer. Once the manufacturer confirms acceptance of the return and justifiability, you can choose between an exchange or credit to your customer account.

For any storage defect issues, simply contact us, and we will strive to resolve them as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction.
