The three versions

The raisin colomba is the most classic, fragrant and soft. The chocolate one is children's favourite. Fig and chocolate combines fig, the symbol fruit of Puglia, with chocolate.

How to serve it

Opened a few hours beforehand, at room temperature, cut in wedges. It goes well with sparkling or sweet wine, and in Easter hampers alongside almond sweets.

Keeping it

In its closed bag, in a cool dry place, until the date on the pack. Opened and closed again well, it stays soft for a few days.
