General conditions of sale for consumer customers
These general conditions of sale govern the purchase of products and services carried out remotely via the Internet on the website shop.laterradipuglia.it. Before sending the order, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Conditions, made available to him on the aforementioned site to allow them to be read, memorized and archived.
(A) Definitions
1. Except as otherwise provided in the Contract, the following terms and expressions will have the following meanings:
a) "Laterradipuglia Srl": Laterradipuglia Srl, P.I. 04795390758 with registered office in Cutrofiano (LE) Corso Piave, 96, tel. 338.8591106, e-mail shop@laterradipuglia.it
b) "Site" or "Website": the site reachable at the URL shop.laterradipuglia.it, owned by Laterradipuglia Srl
c) "Customer": the natural person who concludes the contract for the purchase of one or more Products.
d) "Consumer" or "Consumer Customer": the Customer (natural person) who acts for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.
e) "Professional" or "Professional Client": the Client (natural or legal person) acting in the exercise of his entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity, or his intermediary. f) "Parties": Laterradipuglia Srl and the Customer.
g) "Product": each product made available for purchase via the electronic catalog made available on the Site, such as, by way of example and not limited to, jars in oil, tomato puree, olive oil. The catalog is constantly updated and the availability of each product may vary without notice.
h) "Login credentials": the "username/email address" and "password" relating to each Customer's account, necessary to access the reserved area of the Site and to conclude the Contract.
i) "Working days" and "working hours": from Monday to Saturday, except national holidays, with working hours from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 16:00 to 20:30.
j) "General conditions": these General conditions of sale, which regulate the relationship between Laterradipuglia Srl and consumer customers.
k) "Contract": consists of these General Conditions and the Order Confirmation. In the event of any discrepancy between the General Conditions and the Order Confirmation, the Order Confirmation will prevail.
Parties to the contract
1. Parties to the contract are Laterradipuglia Srl and the consumer customer, whose personal data are indicated in the Order Confirmation sent by Laterradipuglia Srl.
2. The contract stipulated between Laterradipuglia Srl and the Consumer Customer is subject, among other things, to the specific legislation referred to in section II ("Pre-contractual information for the consumer and right of withdrawal in distance contracts and in contracts negotiated away from premises commercial"), articles. from 49 to 59, as well as sections III ("Other consumer rights"), articles. from 60 to 65, and IV ("General Provisions"), articles. from 66 to 67, of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code").
Object of the contract
1. These General Conditions of Sale for Consumer Customers ("General Conditions") govern the purchase, made by Consumer Customers, of the products referred to in the electronic catalog made available on the website shop.laterradipuglia.it ("Site"), B2C (Business to Consumer) section.
Purchase procedure and conclusion of the Contract
1. After registering on the Site, the Customer can purchase one or more Products present in the electronic catalog of the Site (illustrated and described in the relevant information sheets) by placing them in the "shopping cart" and respecting the technical access procedures set out on the Site itself.
2. The publication of the Products indicated on the Site constitutes an invitation to the Customer to formulate a contractual purchase proposal to Laterradipuglia Srl. Before actually sending the order, the Customer is shown a page which summarizes, among other things, the selected Products, their price and any delivery costs. The General Conditions and the privacy policy can be viewed and printed before sending the order.
3. The order sent by the Customer has the value of a contractual proposal and, by sending this order, the Customer acknowledges that he has complete knowledge and fully accepts these General Conditions. The Customer is invited to print and keep the order summary, shown after sending the same via the Site. The "notes" field possibly present in the electronic order form can be used by the Customer only to enter any operational indications ( e.g., name on the intercom) and will not bind in any way any Party of the Contract, nor can it contain exceptions to these General Conditions or in any case to the contractual ones.
4. Laterradipuglia Srl has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason, in the event of non-acceptance of the order itself. Any acceptance of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by Laterradipuglia Srl via an order confirmation email to the email address communicated by the Customer. The Purchase Contract stipulated between Laterradipuglia Srl and the Customer is considered concluded with the sending of the order confirmation to the Customer, without prejudice to the verification referred to in paragraph 5.
5. The Customer acknowledges that the order confirmation referred to in the previous paragraph is sent following an automated check; if, upon packaging and shipping the Products, Laterradipuglia Srl should find any errors in the catalog or in the order relating to the price and/or characteristics and/or availability of a Product, it will promptly notify the Customer in in order to agree on the modification or cancellation of the order.
6. The Customer, as a consumer, can exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal terms and conditions.
Description and visual representation of the goods
1. The visual representation of the products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the products themselves and/or their packaging. This representation has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment on the part of Laterradipuglia Srl regarding the exact correspondence of the image depicted on the Site with the actual product.
2. In the event of a difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description on the product sheet always prevails.
Product Availability
1. The Customer can only purchase the goods present in the catalog published on the Site and in the quantities indicated therein. Product prices and availability, as reported on the Site, are subject to change at any time and without notice.
2. The products available for shipping are highlighted on the Site. The Customer acknowledges that, due to the possible simultaneous access to the Site by multiple users and the time between loading the web page and adding it to the cart, the actual availability of the individual Products could vary significantly during the same period. day compared to the indications reported on the Site. Prices and delivery costs
1. The Customer will pay Laterradipuglia Srl the price indicated on the order confirmation page. All prices of the Products are indicated on the Site and include VAT only. In the event that a Product is discounted, the discount percentage, the original or ordinary price and the final price are indicated.
2. Shipping costs vary based on weight and geolocation.
3. The amount of delivery costs, where due, is indicated on the order summary page shown to the Customer before sending the order itself.
Laterradipuglia Srl and its possible Partners accept orders for delivery throughout Europe, including Switzerland. The goods will be shipped within the maximum time indicated in the offer conditions and, for timed offers (flash deals), it could start from the end of the offer. The shipment of the goods takes place within the times indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times can also be indicated before concluding the purchase procedure in the cart summary or on the product page. This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to predict possible delays due to the courier responsible for delivery to the Customer. In any case, Laterradipuglia Srl, unless otherwise specified on the product sheet, undertakes to deliver the goods within 10 working days from the order date and on average deliveries take place within 24/48 working hours throughout Italy with the exception of the islands where the delivery times Delivery averages are 48/72 working hours. In the remote event that the goods become unavailable for any reason after receiving the order, a refund of any payment received will be issued, at no cost to the User. The User may be informed via email of the moment in which the product is shipped by Laterradipuglia Srl, both in the case of Direct Sales and Intermediate Sales, in the latter case when the Partner communicates to Laterradipuglia Srl the shipment. shipping.
The User will be notified, if available, of the name of the courier and the shipment tracking code (Waybill or "Tracking"), through which it will be possible to follow its status. This information, if available, will also be visible within the User Account.
Laterradipuglia Srl cannot guarantee that multiple products purchased at the same time will be delivered in a single shipment, nor that any different shipments will arrive at their destination at the same time. The offers, in fact, may refer to products supplied by different Partners and/or not come from a single centralized warehouse. It is not possible to guarantee a precise delivery date or time as this depends on the courier, the destination address and the person in charge of delivery. Laterradipuglia Srl cannot therefore be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequence deriving from these timing. Delivery of what is ordered is intended, unless otherwise specified during the purchase process, at street level.
When shipping bottles, Laterradipuglia Srl uses patented packaging approved by the courier, designed to guarantee the integrity of the product. In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the user will be required to verify that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or straps) or that there are no liquid leaks. Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product must be immediately contested by the User, placing a written control reservation (and specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. "Laundry packaging", "Crushed packaging", etc.) on the document courier delivery. Once this document has been signed, the User will no longer be able to make any complaints regarding the characteristics of what was delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery by writing an email to: servizioclienti@laterradipuglia.it or to the Partner's email address, if any, indicated in the order confirmation and within the User Account.
In the event of failure to deliver the goods within the indicated times, the User will be required to notify Laterradipuglia Srl, who will verify the status of the shipment and any anomaly with the Partner and/or directly with the courier. Following a shipping anomaly (for example a package lost or destroyed during transport), Laterradipuglia Srl will carry out, in the case of Direct Sales, or request, in the case of Direct Sales in drop shipping or Intermediate Sales, a new shipment of the product, subject to its availability in the warehouse or at the Partner's premises, without further costs or burdens for the user, or to fully refund the order in the case of Direct sales or to ensure that the Partner (directly or through Laterradipuglia Srl ) proceeds with the refund in the event of an Intermediary Sale.
Payments
1. Payments in execution of the Purchase Contract can be made by credit card or PayPal or advance bank transfer, if delivery takes place in Italy. The Customer is required to choose, at the time of conclusion of the Purchase Contract, the chosen payment method.
2. For purchases from abroad the accepted payments are PayPal and advance bank transfer.
Payment by credit card or PayPal
1. If the Customer proceeds to purchase the products with payment by credit card or PayPal, the information relating to the buyer's credit card will be transmitted and managed by a third party ("Intermediary"), via a secure connection directly to the site website of the Intermediary who manages the transaction. The accepted circuits are indicated on the Site before sending the order.
2. The payment procedure by credit card is carried out using a secure connection, in which the Customer will find the indication of the order amount and must indicate the type, number and expiry date of the credit card. Additional data or security codes may be requested in some cases by the Intermediary (such as, by way of example and not limited to, for the MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security services). The indication of a landline telephone number where the Customer can be contacted is always required.
3. In order to protect the customer's security to the maximum degree, Laterradipuglia Srl never becomes aware of the credit card number, which is received only by the banking institutions that must provide the authorization. Laterradipuglia Srl is only informed of the outcome of the transaction. In other words, no data relating to the credit card is transcribed on the documents relating to the order and/or stored by Laterradipuglia Srl.
Payment by advance bank transfer
1. In case of purchase with payment by bank transfer, in explicit derogation of these General Conditions ("Shipping and delivery times"), the order will be processed after the actual receipt of the sum. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number and the customer's details.
2. The bank transfer must be made by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days of acceptance of the order by Laterradipuglia Srl, under penalty of cancellation of the order itself.
3. The data for payment by bank transfer are as follows: Banca Sella registered in the name of Laterradipuglia Srl, with registered office in Cutrofiano (LE) Corso Piave, 96 73020, IBAN: IT93Z0326880040052302619290. The data to make the transfer are also contained in the order confirmation email.
4. The costs that the customer will eventually have to pay to their credit institution to make the transfer will not be attributable in any way to Laterradipuglia Srl. The customer is asked to inquire in advance with their credit institution about the costs they will have to bear to make this transfer. type of payment.
Shipping documents and invoicing
1. For each Purchase Contract completed through the Site, Laterradipuglia Srl will issue an invoice or receipt for the products that will be shipped.
2. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be used for the possible issuing of the invoice. The Customer assumes all responsibility for the correctness of the aforementioned information. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
Shipping and delivery times
1. Laterradipuglia Srl will normally process the order within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays) from the day of receipt of the same. In particular, orders received by 12.30pm are approximately processed in the afternoon of the same day, while those received after 12.30pm are approximately processed the following day. With the processing of the order, Laterradipuglia Srl entrusts the Products to the trusted courier or forwarder for sending to the address indicated by the Customer, summarized in the order confirmation. Deliveries take place via land transport approximately within the next 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. In the event that a problem occurs with the courier during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the indicative deadline referred to in paragraph 1, the Customer can promptly report it to Laterradipuglia Srl, which will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable period of time. Laterradipuglia Srl invites the Customer not to contact it before the aforementioned indicative deadline has passed, as they would not have the necessary data to be able to profitably contact the appointed courier.
3. The processing and delivery terms referred to in paragraph 1 are only indicative and not guaranteed, by virtue of the many variables involved, with particular but not exclusive reference to the delivery phase by the courier. In compliance with current legislation, Laterradipuglia Srl undertakes to deliver the products to the consumer within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. No responsibility, for any reason, can be charged by the Customer to Laterradipuglia Srl if the products are not delivered according to the indicative deadline.
4. Delivery times refer to the products present in the warehouse at the time of the purchase order. No responsibility can be attributed to Laterradipuglia Srl for delays in the delivery of the goods due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, as well as in the event of strikes, atmospheric events, special holidays, warehouse inventories, transfers of headquarters, changes to information systems and other extraordinary events ; they are likely to cause orders to take longer than the indicative ones, even in the order of several days.
5. In any case, if the delivery times of the ordered Product were to be delayed compared to the delivery times indicated on the Site before the order, Laterradipuglia Srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer via an e-mail message sent to the address indicated by the Customer himself.
Delivery of products
1. All deliveries of the products will be at the risk of Laterradipuglia Srl until the moment in which the Customer or a third party designated by him physically enters into their possession.
2. The delivery terms indicated on the Site are indicative. Laterradipuglia Srl undertakes to deliver the products to the consumer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of conclusion of the contract. No liability, for any reason, can be charged by the Customer to Laterradipuglia Srl if the products are not delivered according to the terms indicated on the Site.
3. Unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by Laterradipuglia Srl, delivery of the products is at street level.
4. In order to deliver the ordered products, the presence of the Customer or his representative is necessary in the place indicated by the Customer, who will therefore accept the package on his behalf. Courier delivery times are usually between 8.30am and 7.00pm. In case of absence of the Customer (or his representative), the courier will leave a notice with the instructions to be able to agree on a different delivery date.
5. If delivery does not take place for reasons attributable to the Customer (for example, due to his absence and/or failure to contact the courier in accordance with paragraph 3), the latter is required to pay the shipping costs incurred by Laterradipuglia Srl
Verification operations upon delivery of the products
1. Upon delivery of the products by the forwarder appointed by Laterradipuglia Srl, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document on the packaging and that the packaging itself is intact , not damaged or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials, checking with particular care the possible presence of signs indicating breakage of the goods sent.
2. Under penalty of forfeiture, any damage to the packaging and/or products and/or the mismatch in the number of packages and/or indications must be immediately reported by the Customer, who must declare, in writing, to the person in charge of delivery of the products, that they are accepted "subject to inspection" or by reporting that they are "damaged": otherwise, no complaint will be accepted. The Customer also undertakes to promptly report, and in any case no later than 24 hours from the date of delivery, to Laterradipuglia Srl any and all possible problems relating to the integrity, correspondence and/or completeness of the products received, under penalty of decadence.
Force majeure and third party events
1. Laterradipuglia Srl is not responsible for cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, third party actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable events which cause a delay in deliveries and/or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery paid by Laterradipuglia Srl.
2. In the cases referred to in the previous paragraph, Laterradipuglia Srl has the right to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Contract. In such cases, Laterradipuglia Srl undertakes to provide timely and adequate communication of its decisions to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer, who has, in this case, the right to a refund of any price already paid, excluding any further claim, to any title, against Laterradipuglia Srl. In this sense, the Customer explicitly renounces any claim, even by way of mere reimbursement and/or compensation, against Laterradipuglia Srl.
Custody and conservation of products
1. The products sold by Laterradipuglia Srl must be kept and preserved by the Customer using the necessary precautions and precautions relating to the nature of the products themselves.
2. Negligence and/or incompetence in the conservation of each product can damage it and compromise its quality. Laterradipuglia Srl is not responsible for any damage to the products sold resulting from incorrect and/or incorrect storage of the same, with express forfeiture of any guarantee regarding them.
Warranty
1. The Consumer customer enjoys both the ordinary guarantee provided for by the Civil Code, referred to in this article, and the guarantee for any lack of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code, referred to in the following article.
2. Laterradipuglia Srl guarantees that the Products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months from delivery, without prejudice to the limitations set out ("Exclusions and limitations of the guarantee").
3. During the warranty period, the Products and their accessories (if defective in accordance with the previous paragraph) will be repaired or replaced by Laterradipuglia Srl without costs for spare parts or labor (where applicable). The inactivity of the Products caused by the repair periods does not lead to the extension of the warranty period.
Additional legal guarantee for the Consumer Customer
1. In addition to the guarantee provided for defects in the goods sold in accordance with the provisions in force, up to two (2) years from delivery of the Products, Laterradipuglia Srl is responsible towards Consumer Customers, in accordance with articles. 130 and 132 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, of any defects in conformity of the products existing at the time of delivery. The lack of conformity is considered to exist if: (i) the product is not suitable for the use for which goods of the same type are usually used; or (ii) does not conform to the description or does not possess the qualities referred to in the sample or model possibly shown by Laterradipuglia Srl; or (iii) does not offer the usual qualities and performances of a good of the same type that the Consumer can legitimately expect; or (iv) is not suitable for the particular use desired by the Consumer if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of purchase and accepted by Laterradipuglia Srl.
2. The Consumer Customer loses the rights recognized to him by the art. 130, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 if he does not report the lack of conformity to Laterradipuglia Srl within two (2) months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
3. Laterradipuglia Srl will make every diligent effort to replace at its own expense, with other products of the same quality and title available in its warehouses, those Products delivered that are damaged or defective, provided that they have been returned by the Customer in the original packaging (complete with all the parts that compose it). If replacement with the same product is not possible, Laterradipuglia Srl will refund the Customer the amount paid for the product found to be defective, excluding any further liability of Laterradipuglia Srl, for any reason.
4. The cases of exclusion and limitation of the guarantee are explained in the art. “Warranty Exclusions and Limitations.”
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
1. The shipping costs of sending by the Customer to Laterradipuglia Srl for assistance will be entirely borne by the Customer, while those relating to the return will be entirely borne by Laterradipuglia Srl.
2. The guarantee referred to in articles. "Guarantee" and "Additional legal guarantee for the Consumer Customer" is excluded if the Customer has damaged the Products through his own willful or negligent conduct, or in any case if, due to his own negligence and/or carelessness and/or for other reasons not attributable to Laterradipuglia Srl, has damaged and/or made the Products defective, and/or exposed them to natural events and/or has used them improperly and/or without following the technical instructions indicated in any manuals, and/or has carried out and/or had repairs, interventions or tampering carried out by personnel not authorized by Laterradipuglia Srl, and/or had omitted the necessary maintenance, and/or had stored them incorrectly. The warranty is also excluded if the defects and/or faults and/or malfunctions derive from use of the Products other than that referred to in the Contract and/or for which they were designed and manufactured, or in cases of normal wear and tear or deterioration of parts. consumables.
3. If Laterradipuglia Srl finds that any faults or defects in one or more of the Customer's Products are attributable, directly or indirectly to the Customer himself, the latter will be required to pay the verification costs incurred for this purpose, as well as, in derogation of paragraph 1 of this article, the out-of-pocket expenses for the relative restitution; Laterradipuglia Srl, on its own initiative or at the request of the Customer, may also send them a quote for the repair (where applicable).
Conventional manufacturer's warranty
1. Without prejudice to legal guarantees, some products enjoy, in addition to the legal guarantee provided, a conventional guarantee offered by the individual manufacturer to the purchaser. Laterradipuglia Srl, where possible or not excessively onerous, mentions it in the sheet of each product. Conditions and terms of these guarantees are defined by each manufacturer, which is a third party with respect to Laterradipuglia Srl.
Right of withdrawal
1. The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by him, acquires physical possession of the products.
2. In the case of a contract relating to multiple products ordered by the Consumer Customer, in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer Customer or a third party, other than the carrier, and designated by him, acquires physical possession of the last product.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer Customer is required to inform Laterradipuglia Srl at one of the addresses transcribed below: Laterradipuglia Srl, Cutrofiano (LE) Corso Piave, 96; e-mail shop@laterradipuglia.it
4. The Consumer Customer must communicate his decision to withdraw from the contract stipulated with Laterradipuglia Srl through an explicit declaration, by sending a letter by post or e-mail to the addresses referred to in the previous paragraph.
5. To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
6. Pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code, the burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the Consumer Customer, therefore it is advisable that this communication be sent to Laterradipuglia Srl by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: Cutrofiano (LE) Corso Piave, 96; or by email to shop@laterradipuglia.it; or by any other means suitable to demonstrate with certainty the sending and receipt of the communication by Laterradipuglia Srl.
Effects of withdrawal
1. If the Consumer Customer withdraws from the contract stipulated with Laterradipuglia Srl, all payments he has made will be reimbursed, excluding delivery/shipping costs (including additional costs deriving from his possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive standard delivery offered by Laterradipuglia Srl), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which Laterradipuglia Srl was informed of the Consumer Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
2. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer Customer for the initial transaction, unless he has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Consumer Customer will not have to bear any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received, or until the Consumer Customer demonstrates that they have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
3. The Consumer Customer will have to return the goods or deliver them to Laterradipuglia Srl at the following address: CENTRO MBE Sp 322 Per, Strada Provinciale per Collepasso, 103, 73042 Casarano LE 0833 591275 without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from the contract to Laterradipuglia Srl. The deadline is respected if the Consumer Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.
4. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Consumer Customer.
5. The Consumer Customer is responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
6. Products arriving damaged by the customer's shipment will not be refunded. Laterradipuglia Srl will take photos upon receipt of the delivery.
"In accordance with the provisions of Art. 59 of the consumer code, Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), perishable products, short-lived or at risk of deterioration are excluded from the right of withdrawal."
Cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal
1. The Consumer Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal provided for by the art. 1. The Customer is required to safeguard the access credentials with the utmost care, confidentiality and diligence, undertaking not to communicate them to others. Intellectual property rights

Complaints and assistance

Failure to deliver and storage costs
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will retry the delivery and will subsequently contact the customer by telephone to arrange an appointment. The customer will be able to indicate a delivery date and time slot. To avoid incurring storage costs, the customer must be available for delivery no later than the day established in the contract. In case of impossibility to carry out the delivery even on the agreed day, the goods will go into storage and the Laterradipuglia Customer Service will attempt to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. In the event that Customer Service is unable to contact the Customer for the following 2 working days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the products in question in the order will be returned to Laterradipuglia.
At this point, in order to receive the products again, the customer will have to pay the costs of storage, return and reshipment of the products.
After 15 days have elapsed from the date on which the Products included in the order were sent back to Laterradipuglia due to the impossibility of carrying out the delivery, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order canceled pursuant to art. 1456 c.c. Laterradipuglia will refund the amount paid by the Customer, net of the costs of returning the Products and the costs of storing and storing them at the branch of the courier responsible for delivery. Management of Holding and Shipping Costs
