Have you received a discount voucher, with the newsletter, in a message from us or with an order? You use it while placing your order, before you pay, and it only takes a moment.
Where to enter it
- Put the products in the cart and click Proceed to checkout.
- In the order summary you will find Have a promo code?: click it and the Promo code field opens.
- Type the code, with no spaces before or after, and click Add.
- The discount appears straight away in the summary and the total is updated. Check it before you pay.
Below the field you will sometimes see Take advantage of our exclusive offers: with the vouchers you can use at that moment. Just click one to apply it.
If the code is not accepted
The cart always tells you why. The most common cases:
- Minimum spend not reached. Many vouchers apply from a certain amount upwards: usually €5 off an order of at least €49.
- Voucher already used. Almost all of them can be used only once per customer.
- Voucher expired. The expiry date is in the message you received it with.
- Vouchers that cannot be combined. As a rule a voucher cannot be used together with other vouchers in the same order: if you have two, choose the one that suits you best.
- Extra spaces or letters. Copy the code exactly as it is, with no spaces.
Frequently asked questions
Does the discount also apply to shipping?
It depends on the voucher. Usually the discount applies to the products; some vouchers offer free shipping instead, and in that case their name says so.
How do I get a voucher?
The easiest way is to sign up for the newsletter, from the field at the bottom of every page: you get a welcome voucher and, from time to time, other offers reserved for subscribers.
I saw an offer that has now expired: can I still have it?
Offers last for a limited time or have a limited number of vouchers, and they cannot be extended afterwards. Some come back, though: with the newsletter you are the first to know.
I paid but the discount was not applied
