How to use a discount code
Have you received a voucher or promotional code? Applying it is simple — just follow these steps at checkout.
How to do it
4 steps to apply your code

Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout Enter your personal details, delivery address and choose your shipping method. Complete all steps until you reach the payment screen. |

Find the “Have a discount code?” box In the right-hand column, at the top, you will find your order summary. Click on “Have a discount code?” — a text field will appear where you can enter your code. |

Type your code and click “Add” Enter the code exactly as you received it, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters. Click “Add” to apply it. |

Check the discount in your total The total updates immediately to reflect the applied discount. Make sure the amount is correct before completing payment. |

Frequently asked questions
Having trouble with your code?
❌ The code is not being accepted
Check there are no spaces before or after the code, and that the capitalisation is correct. Also check the expiry date and terms of use. If the problem persists, contact us.
💰 The discount doesn’t appear in the total
After clicking “Add”, the total should update automatically. If you don’t see any change, check that the code meets the minimum conditions (e.g. minimum order amount). Each voucher has its own specific rules.
🔄 Can I use more than one code at a time?
No, only one code per order can be applied. If you have multiple vouchers, choose the one with the highest discount or the nearest expiry date.
⏳ Does the code have an expiry date?
Yes, most promotional codes have an expiry date or a maximum number of uses. You will find this information in the message through which you received the code.
📦 Does the discount apply to shipping too?
It depends on the voucher type. Discount codes generally apply to the product value, not to shipping costs, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
