From 2017 to September 2026 our customers’ reviews were collected by an independent service, only from people who had received an order. We have brought them together here, in our own shop: they are our customers’ words, and they still tell who we are.
Since 14 September 2026 we collect them ourselves: after delivery we write to the customer who received the order and ask how it went.

What you ask us to improve
Fewer than one review in ten contains a criticism, and it almost always comes with four or five stars. We read them all: here are the ones about our service, and what we do.
Something arrived damaged

Frise and taralli are fragile and couriers are not always gentle: that is why we invest in packaging. If something arrives broken, write to us: we will send it again.
Shipping costs, especially abroad

We have reviewed our rates: shipping abroad now costs less than before. The shipping price also covers the packaging that protects the products on their journey.
Deliveries taking longer than expected

Deliveries are made by couriers, and at peak times, such as the weeks before Christmas, their delivery times get longer: unfortunately this is out of our hands. Our advice is to order a few days ahead.

I have had the very best of customer service with this business that I have not had dealings with before. As a non Italian speaker the response in English has been extremely helpful. From ordering to despatch, the service has been quick and efficient. There has been no problem with communication. The packaging was secure and the two jars ordered arrived safely in one piece. This is the most delightful olive oil jar I have seen. The Trulli design is the best representation of my Puglia experience. If ordered without the oil, it comes without a cap, so I am still trying to track down a pourer that fits. In the meantime the beautiful ceramic is used more as a vase than an oil pourer. I would certainly order from this business again.
A very positive experience from ordering through to delivery. An extensive range of ceramic oil jars but the one for me was the Trulli that I saw for myself on a visit to Puglia. A simple but beautiful design that records my experience perfectly. Really quick delivery with plenty of advance warning of day of delivery ( overseas). Carefully and effectively packaged with both jars arriving safely intact. Customer service is impressive and immediate, in English, so no misunderstanding. I would certainly consider ordering from this business again.

OMG. Decided to try these on a whim and lordy, what a treat. Not too sweet with an exceptional texture. The perfect accompaniment to a good espresso. I've already ordered more.
When I'm too busy or tired to cook, I boil some penne and then douse it with this. Easy-peasy. But more important: crazy-delicious.

How we collect reviews
- We only ask customers who have received an order, with a personal link: that is why they are marked “Verified buyer”.
- We also publish critical reviews: we read them first so we can reply.
- We do not show the reviewer’s name.
- Reviews may be incentivised. Since 14 September 2026, about thirty days after a review, we send its author a thank-you voucher for a future order: it is the same whatever the rating and does not depend on what they write.
