I have had the very best of customer service with this business that I have not had dealings with before. As a non Italian speaker the response in English has been extremely helpful. From ordering to despatch, the service has been quick and efficient. There has been no problem with communication. The packaging was secure and the two jars ordered arrived safely in one piece. This is the most delightful olive oil jar I have seen. The Trulli design is the best representation of my Puglia experience. If ordered without the oil, it comes without a cap, so I am still trying to track down a pourer that fits. In the meantime the beautiful ceramic is used more as a vase than an oil pourer. I would certainly order from this business again.

A very positive experience from ordering through to delivery. An extensive range of ceramic oil jars but the one for me was the Trulli that I saw for myself on a visit to Puglia. A simple but beautiful design that records my experience perfectly. Really quick delivery with plenty of advance warning of day of delivery ( overseas). Carefully and effectively packaged with both jars arriving safely intact. Customer service is impressive and immediate, in English, so no misunderstanding. I would certainly consider ordering from this business again.

OMG. Decided to try these on a whim and lordy, what a treat. Not too sweet with an exceptional texture. The perfect accompaniment to a good espresso. I've already ordered more.

When I'm too busy or tired to cook, I boil some penne and then douse it with this. Easy-peasy. But more important: crazy-delicious.

I first saw these dishes while visiting my daughter in London at the Tk maxx store. But there were only leftovers there. I was fascinated and wanted to buy them. Because I really appreciate uniqueness, durability and of course quality. I am very satisfied with the plates, their appearance and quality. Packed perfectly. Everything arrived in excellent condition. I will buy again in the future.

I have ordered from Laterradipuglia Shop twice and both times I've been super happy. The taralli cime di rapa is divine, and so is the Crema alle cime di rapa. And they all arrived quickly. I'll definitely be back for more!
