General Questions
How many days does my order take to arrive? We ship orders the day after or depending on product availability. Delivery is guaranteed within 24/48 hours of shipment, barring any issues with the courier. Not all products are shipped the next day; for items like Pumi, large quantities require booking at least 1 month in advance.
Can I order a product by phone? Purchasing by phone is possible, including via WhatsApp at +39 338 8591106.
I am a restaurateur/shop owner and would like to purchase your products. Is it possible? Yes, it is possible. You can find our wholesale catalog on our dedicated site at b2b.laterradipuglia.it.
Is it possible to request an invoice? Yes, during the checkout process for delivery, you can enter billing details such as VAT number, unique code, and company name.
Is it possible to pick up from you? Yes, during the purchasing phase, enter your address details first. You can then choose free pickup at our office. Your order will be available the next day at the pickup point in Cutrofiano at Piazza Municipio 13. Alternatively, you can also request pickup at MBE Casarano.
Questions about Gift Boxes
Is it possible to send multiple packages to different people? Yes, it is possible, but each shipment must be a separate purchase.
Can I personalize the products? Yes, if you don't like our pre-made gift boxes, you can customize your order by selecting individual items. We recommend selecting at least 8/10 items; otherwise, the box might appear too empty. During checkout, you can choose the GIFT BOX option.
Is it possible to choose a delivery date? In theory, it is possible; just let us know, but we cannot guarantee the exact day.
What is the latest date to ensure delivery close to Christmas? We recommend purchasing by December 10/15 and letting us decide when to ship.
I don't want the price to show or a receipt to be included. Certainly, all gift box orders do not include prices inside.
Payment Questions
What payment methods do you accept? You can pay with credit cards and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, Aura card, PayPal), PayPal account, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
Is it safe to pay by credit card? Paying by credit card is safe and certified because confidential data is processed only by the PayPal banking system, not stored in any database, ours or the bank's.
I don't have PayPal, how can I pay by credit card? When you select credit card payment, the system takes you to the PayPal site where you can use your credit card even if you are not a PayPal member.
Can I pay by bank transfer? Certainly, you can pay by bank transfer to our bank details which will be sent to you by email once the purchase is made and bank transfer payment is selected.

What should I do if the goods arrive damaged? We advise always accepting packages; you can ask the courier to accept with reservations. It's important to take photos before opening, during, and after opening and let us know about damaged products; we'll reimburse or resend them promptly.
Why do you charge for shipping? The shipping cost we charge is a contribution because the actual cost is higher.

Who guarantees the quality of the products? We personally know the producers who are part of our supplier pool, test the quality of their products, and assess their reliability in terms of production and, in some cases, delivery.
How can I buy a product? All products offered on Shop Laterradipuglia can be purchased directly online. Once registered on the site, simply select the desired product and follow the purchasing procedure until your order is complete.
I saw a promotion, but it seems to have ended. Can I still participate? Some products may be offered at a promotional price for a limited period or quantity. Some promotions may be offered later; we recommend subscribing to our newsletter to not miss any discounts. The form is at the bottom of the page.
Are the prices on your website inclusive of VAT? Yes, all our prices include VAT.
