What goes inside

The selections vary in size, but the logic is the same: something for the pantry (oil, preserves, sauces), something to nibble (taralli, friselline), something sweet (jams, almond pastries, mustaccioli, panettone) and, in the larger hampers, a bottle — Salento wine or sparkling. The catalogue hampers carry the name of a place — Gallipoli, Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce, Cutrofiano, Andria — and are ordered like any other product.

Made to measure, for companies

When there are many gifts, start from the budget per box and build the selection: choose what goes in and what stays out (no alcohol, no gluten, baked goods only), add your logo on the box and a card with your message, and ship to separate addresses, one per recipient. It is the same service as our corporate gifting, which runs all year: these are the selections made for Christmas.

When to order

November and December are the only two months in which this shop really changes pace: it is the one event of the year. Large, personalised selections are put together by hand, and couriers travel loaded in December. For a corporate order due in December, the end of October is the right time to talk. For a single hamper, a few days are enough.

If the gift should last

A piece of terracotta can go into a hamper — a jar, a bowl with the rooster, a lucky pumo. It is the part that stays when the rest is finished, and for many people it is why the gift is remembered.
