The Cutrofiano box is ready to ship and holds 14 products: Primoljo extra virgin olive oil,semolina orecchiette and artisan tomato passata, a Primitivo red from Salento, Martina Franca capocollo, preserves in oil, sweet and savoury taralli, friselline, dried figs with almonds and, as a keepsake, an artisan ceramic pumo. We have put time and care into choosing the producers and the products, and into the packaging too: beautiful on the outside, good on the inside.
The idea
A 400 km journey in a box
We designed our boxes as a 400 km journey of taste and flavour, far and wide across the whole of Puglia. That is why we named them after Apulian towns and cities.
What unites us is the wish to rediscover the unforgettable flavours of the past, which are still made today by the skilled hands of small artisans: in an ever more global world, we like to give them the leading role.
The inspiration
Cutrofiano, the town of ceramics
A City of Ceramics since 2017, Cutrofiano has always played a leading role in Apulian pottery, the art of working clay. It still amazes visitors with the skill of its master potters, who hand the craft down from father to son. Lively and hard-working, it is well worth a visit, especially in August, when the traditional Ceramics Fair and Market takes place and the town fills with tourists and with Apulians who come from all over.
Hence the idea behind the box that bears its name: alongside the food, why not include an elegant ceramic pumo, made right here in Cutrofiano? Here, food and craftsmanship always go hand in hand.

Why is it called Cutrofiano?
Because our boxes are named after Apulian towns and cities, like the stops on a 400 km journey through the flavours of the region. This one is dedicated to Cutrofiano, the town of ceramics: that is why it also contains a pumo, made right there.
Can I send several boxes to different addresses?
On the website each address is a separate purchase: you enter the recipient's address yourself and repeat the purchase for each one. If all the boxes go to the same address, for example your office, a single purchase is enough. If you are a company and would rather make
