In our shop you can pay by card, with PayPal or by bank transfer. Card and PayPal payments are handled by PayPal: your card details never pass through our servers and we never see them.
Credit, debit or prepaid card
In the last step of your order choose payment by card and enter your details directly on the page: you do not need a PayPal account and you do not need to register. Cards from the main networks are accepted, such as Visa and Mastercard, prepaid cards included.
If your bank requires it, you will be asked to confirm in your banking app or with a code sent by text message: it is the security check required for online payments.
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, choose PayPal and log in with your details: you pay from your balance or with the card linked to the account, without typing anything else.
With PayPal you can also use Pay in 3, if your account allows it: the conditions and the approval are PayPal’s, and you see them before you confirm.
Instant transfers and local methods
- MyBank, from Italy: you pay by transfer from your online bank, without copying any bank details.
- From some European countries you will also find the payment methods most used there: Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, iDEAL in the Netherlands, Przelewy24 and BLIK in Poland.
They appear automatically, depending on the country you order from.

Choose bank transfer and you will receive the bank details in the order confirmation email. Here they are:

- In the payment reference write the order number.
- We recommend making the transfer within 24 hours. The order leaves when the payment reaches our account: usually a couple of days after you order.
- To speed things up, send us the transfer receipt at shop@laterradipuglia.it: we start preparing the order straight away.
- Any charges from your bank are yours to pay.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Not at the moment: on the website you can pay by card, PayPal, MyBank or bank transfer.
Can I order by phone or on WhatsApp?
Yes. Write to us on +39 338 859 1106: we prepare the order for you and send you a link to pay securely.
I need an invoice: what do I do?
After placing your order, reply to the confirmation email with your invoicing details (company name, VAT number, address) and we will prepare it.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes: the prices you see include VAT, which applies to all private customers in the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union Italian VAT does not apply: the cart removes it when you choose the delivery country.
My payment does not go through: what should I do?
Try another card or another method, or choose bank transfer. If nothing works, write to us: we can send you a link to pay.
