A Puglian classic known worldwide. A stretched-curd shell enclosing a creamy heart of fresh cream and mozzarella strands. An irresistible flavour that simply has to be tasted.

🧅 Mozzarella fior di latte — approx. 350 g (1 piece)

Fresh soft stretched-curd cheese made from cow's milk. Delicate and savoury in taste, elastic in texture. Authentic, quite different from commercial mozzarella.

What makes Arcudi special is its complete supply chain: from the farm in Soleto (LE) — feed cultivation, milk production — through to cheese-making. The raw milk comes directly from the Arcudi farm, in compliance with EU requirements of Reg. EC 852/04.
