Harvesting is done in the right ways and at the right times to protect the best richness of the aroma components. Production takes place with state-of-the-art equipment and according to correct industrial methods, designed to transmit all the fragrance contained in the fruit to the oil obtained. Storage is carried out away from light and heat sources, in stainless steel silos kept full and hermetically closed.
