A 24 cm flat plate in glazed terracotta, with the characteristic mottled, or splatter, pattern of Apulian pottery. It is made, glazed and decorated by hand by Ceramiche Colì in Cutrofiano, in the province of Lecce, in high-resistance majolica.

This glazed terracotta flat plate with mottled effect belongs to the traditional collection of Apulian splatter plates: a 24 cm plate for the everyday table. It looks lovely as part of the whole set, but it also works on its own, as a gift. As always, it is made, glazed and decorated by hand, so no two pieces are alike.

It is made by Ceramiche Colì in Cutrofiano, in the province of Lecce, where handcrafting terracotta and majolica is a tradition dating back to 1650, handed down from father to son for generations: tableware and baking dishes known for their old-world charm, their quality and their durability, and a beauty that never goes out of fashion.

2	Impact A 50 g marble is dropped from increasing heights: ordinary clay shows the first glaze cracks at 50 cm and breaks completely at 65 cm.
3	MAR majolica It withstands drops from the maximum height of the test, 90 cm: that is why it holds up well on the everyday table.
