Little Pottery Bowl 9 cm, Stars Line

“A little bowl of Salento terracotta, with blue stars.”

A small glazed terracotta bowl, 9 cm, made in Cutrofiano by Ceramiche Colì, with the blue stars decoration of the Stars line, painted by hand.

Hand-decorated Dishwasher & microwave High-resistance majolica

The small 9 cm terracotta bowl is a piece of Salento tradition: it is made by Ceramiche Colì in Cutrofiano, in the province of Lecce, Puglia. It is a little serving bowl, designed for small portions — soups, salads, desserts — with the rustic, authentic touch of terracotta.

The decoration is the Stars line: blue stars on star glaze, painted by hand, so every bowl is one of a kind. Terracotta keeps food warm longer, so soups reach the spoon at just the right temperature.
