A large 19 cm bowl in glazed terracotta, with the typical mottled, or splatter, pattern of Apulian ceramics: made, glazed and painted by hand by Ceramiche Colì in Cutrofiano, in the province of Lecce, in high-resistance majolica.

The large glazed terracotta bowl with mottled effect is a roomy 19 cm bowl, ideal as a deep plate: perfect for serving pasta dishes, soups and broths, but also generous salads. It is made, glazed and painted by hand, with unique splashes of colour that recall the traditional Apulian splatter plates: no two pieces are alike, and it is made both for everyday use and as a decorative piece.

It is made by Ceramiche Colì in Cutrofiano, in the province of Lecce in Puglia, where handcrafting terracotta and majolica is a tradition dating back to 1650, handed down from father to son: tableware known and recognised for its old-world charm, its quality and its strength. Among the most appreciated pieces are precisely the splatter ceramics and the mottled plates, which bring a piece of Salento to the table.
