Star-Shaped Luminaria

“Beautiful by day, extraordinary when lit at night.”

The many-pointed star of Salento's festival light displays, sized for the home. 50 cm diameter, poplar wood, LED. Made for the wall, in the living area or the bedroom.

Handmade, Taurisano (LE) Safe LED Made to order

The Parisi Star Luminaria is a classic of Salento's festival light displays, in a version made for your home. The many-pointed star, a recurring symbol in the luminarie of Puglia's patron saint festivals, becomes a glowing decorative piece for any wall: living room, bedroom, hallway, covered terrace. Beautiful by day with its sinuous white wooden shapes, extraordinary when lit at night.

A practical tip: if you have a large wall, pair two luminarie. Two stars, or a star and a little cloud. The scenic effect is immediate and needs nothing else. The wooden shapes echo the motifs of Puglian chiacchierino, the sinuous lacework that is another fine craft of the region.

⏱	Made to order: every Parisi luminaria is handmade when the order is placed.

The star luminaria lit against a black background: a five-pointed white wooden frame with warm white LED bulbs pointing outwards

💡	The bulb covers are made of plastic, not glass: more resistant to impact. Every luminaria is certified by the manufacturer. Each piece is handmade: slight variations in the colours and in the placement of the bulbs make every star unique.

How to use it

Placement ideas

🪟 Large wall, composition effect Pair two or more luminarie on the same wall. Star plus star, or star plus little cloud. The 50 cm diameter leaves room to play with proportions.	🌙 Bedroom In the bedroom the star creates a soft, intimate atmosphere. Switched off during the day it decorates; lit in the evening it becomes your mood light.
🛋 Living room On a living room wall, above the sofa or next to a window. The white wood suits any colour palette.	🎁 An original gift A handmade Puglian star is a gift that gets noticed. Carefully packed, ready to hang, with a meaning that goes beyond a simple decorative object.

The Parisi collection

The other luminarie

From the same workshop in Taurisano: the full daisy flower, the half flower, the heart, the little cloud, the prickly pear table luminaria, the half prickly pear table luminaria and the hanging prickly pear.
