The Parisi Hanging Prickly Pear Luminaria is the wall version of the symbol of Salento. Designed to hang vertically, it echoes the patron saint festival luminarie that decorate the alleyways during village celebrations. With its vertical proportions, 60 cm tall and 32 cm wide, it fits perfectly in narrow spaces, corridors, niches and walls where a table piece would not fit.

Like all Parisi luminarie, it is painted with non-toxic water-based paints: a pure white frame and brightly coloured bulbs, for the classic prickly pear motif. With its coloured LEDs it brings the same magic as the festival luminarie straight to your wall, indoors or on a covered terrace.

💡	The paints are water-based and non-toxic. The bulb covers are made of plastic, not glass. Every piece is certified by the manufacturer and handmade: there may be slight variations in the colours and in the placement of the bulbs.

Can it stand on a piece of furniture?

It is designed to be hung. For a sideboard or a shelf there are the prickly pear table luminaria and the half prickly pear table luminaria.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes, but only in sheltered outdoor spaces such as covered terraces, porticos and verandas, away from direct rain.

Are the bulbs made of glass?

No: they are E14 LEDs with a plastic cover.

Who makes it?
