I have had the very best of customer service with this business that I have not had dealings with before. As a non Italian speaker the response in English has been extremely helpful. From ordering to despatch, the service has been quick and efficient. There has been no problem with communication. The packaging was secure and the two jars ordered arrived safely in one piece. This is the most delightful olive oil jar I have seen. The Trulli design is the best representation of my Puglia experience. If ordered without the oil, it comes without a cap, so I am still trying to track down a pourer that fits. In the meantime the beautiful ceramic is used more as a vase than an oil pourer. I would certainly order from this business again.

Die Ware kam sicher verpackt und in sehr gutem Zustand bei mir an. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Auch der Kontakt mit den Mitarbeitenden war sehr gut! Lediglich etwas schneller hätte das Paket kommen können. Die bein Kauf angekündigte Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten. Trotzdem kann ich die Firma nur empfehlen.
