The sweets of the Salento tradition, with our name on the label: glazed sweet taralli, chocolate and almond, fig and chocolate, coconut; pitteddhe filled with grape must and with quince paste; chocolate mustaccioli; almond biscuits.

These are pantry sweets, the kind Apulian households keep all year round and offer to whoever drops by. Each has its own shape and its own recipe, and none of them is a pastry-shop cake: they are made to keep for a few weeks and to go with a coffee.

We have them made by Apulian bakeries and biscuit makers, chosen by us one by one, to recipes we agree with them.
