Nato a Mungivacca (Bari) 70 anni fa, trapiantato a Roma, avevo voglia di un compleanno pugliese. Alle orecchiette, alle braciole e a patate riso e cozze ci ha pensato l'amica Giulia… a tutto il resto, Laterradipuglia… Per la qualità chiedere agli invitati, che hanno spazzolato tutto e chiesto il link. Da pugliese mi permetto un minuscolo appunto: i lampascioni poco amari… poco “ignoranti”, se posso permettermi. Un voto extra invece per il sublime capocollo, tutti i tipi di taralli, le zucchine secche sottolio e le cipolle al negramaro…
