Biscottificio Preite is a bakery in Casarano, in the province of Lecce, and it makes our festive breads: the Christmas panettoni and the Easter colombe.

They are made by hand, with natural leaven, signed by master pastry chef Emiliano Preite. Three flavours, the same at Christmas and at Easter: with top-quality raisins and the recipe of always; with chocolate chips and an almond glaze; with chocolate chips, Apulian figs and the same glaze.

The figs are local, and the almond glaze is Apulia's signature on a cake that was not born Apulian: it is how Salento made panettone its own.
