Puntarelle von wunderbar fester Konsistenz, sehr lecker eingelegt in schönem Glas. Absolut empfehlenswert auch mal als Geschenk.

Für die Artischocken gilt das Gleiche wie für die Puntarelle. : fest im Biß , in dezent gewürzter Lake in schönem Glas eingelegt.
Interessanter milder Käse für den ich mir zahlreiche Verwendungsmöglichkeiten ,insbesondere in Salaten oder in Kombination mit Früchten vorstellen kann. Muß ich aber noch ausprobieren.
