Preserves — glass jars
Custom polystyrene inserts + double-wall cardboard
Every shipment containing glass products is protected by a custom-moulded polystyrene insert that cushions each piece individually, enclosed in sturdy double-wall cardboard.

— Small and medium jars: packs of 6 units. We recommend at least 5–6 jars to justify the polystyrene insert.

— Under 3 jars: we use standard packaging with cardboard and bubble wrap — safe but without a rigid polystyrene insert.

Minimum quantities and pallet shipments

— Minimum order: 6 bottles (minimum packaging unit)

— We recommend at least 12 bottles to optimise space and shipping cost

— Over 60 bottles: pallet shipment with dedicated courier. Less packaging, lower costs — we apply progressive discounts at these quantities.

Patented Secure Box packaging
For wine and bottle shipments we use the patented Secure Box packaging, one of the most reliable bottle protection systems available.

Fresh products
Cold chain guaranteed for up to 48/72 hours
Fresh cheeses, dairy products, fresh pasta, cured meats and all perishables are shipped with a system designed to maintain a constant temperature throughout transit.

| 📅 | Shipping days: dairy products are sent Monday to Wednesday. Fresh pasta is not shipped on Mondays (the pasta maker is closed). In some cases shipment may be delayed by a few days to avoid weekend risk. |
| ☀ | Summer suspension: fresh product shipments are suspended from May until mid-September, or until the end of the intense heat period. Product quality always comes first. |
| ✅ | Courier delays beyond 48 hours: if perishable goods are compromised during transit due to exceptional circumstances, we refund and reship at no extra cost. |

We offer elegant wooden gift boxes that can include combinations of typical Puglian products, including a terracotta jar and a 3-litre olive oil tin — a composition that truly tells the story of Puglia.
