We use custom packaging with polystyrene and cardboard to protect glass containers fully during shipping. We recommend orders in multiples of 6 for jars and 12/18 for sauces to optimize space.
Shipping Fresh Products
Fresh products are packed in insulated containers with dry ice to ensure freshness for at least 48/72 hours. We use non-toxic cooling gel to maintain the cold chain in accordance with European food hygiene regulations.
Shipping Policy
We provide shipment tracking and handle delays due to holidays, weather events, or delivery address errors. Delivery does not occur on weekends or in areas with access difficulties.
Formats and Gift Options
We offer various sizes for our products, recommending a minimum purchase of 6 jars for wooden gift packaging. Orders can be customized with personalized notes for corporate gifts.
Important Notes
It is crucial to be present for delivery and inspect the goods upon arrival. We manage any issues with failed deliveries to ensure re-shipment or refund of perishable goods.
