Before I placed my order I had a few questions and they were answered very promptly. I placed my order and within a few days I received my item. I know this sounds basic but I placed an order for a delivery in the USA and I was originally not able to do this on their website. They made this happen for me in less than 24hrs and I was very thankful for their service. I would purchase from here again.
