Any order placed with standard shipping can take 1-2 business days for your order to process and be shipped out. However, please note that using this delivery service does not guarantee delivery dates.

We 100% guarantee that all our products, perishable and non-perishable, will arrive in the best quality and conditions. Any items you deem unsatisfactory due to damage or freshness can be sent back with a full refund including shipping costs.

Please do not discard any items you wish to file a complaint about and please refrigerate any perishable goods until we can properly respond and instruct as to the next steps. If no complaint is filed within 3 days of your perishable item's arrival, then no return is possible.

Please contact us first about your complaint to get approval before returning any item. Any perishable products shipped with ground shipping are shipped at your own risk. Please be aware of temperature conditions and check our shipping page to calculate your expected shipping time. If an incorrect address has been submitted to us or if the customer was not responsible in picking up their package at the post office or with UPS; the customer will be held liable if their order is returned back to us. If this situation occurs the order will be processed as a return and the order will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Any perishable orders that have been damaged because of a return will not be refunded. Please be attentive when your orders go out and be sure to always track your package as it ships.

Cancellations/Returns

We guarantee that any perishable product you receive from Laterradipuglia Srls will be of high quality and in top physical condition. We make the same guarantee for non-perishables, without the temperature constraint. If an item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory please send us an email to shop@laterradipuglia.it within 2 days from delivery and we will try to replace it or refund the value of the item.

Shipment and Delivery

We send the order usually the day after purchase if you choose payment method "Credit card or Paypal", the day after receipt of payment if you choose "Bank Transfer". For the delivery of our products you can choose the service you want from those available.

Delivery times depending from the country of delivery, and it can takes from 2 to 4 working days. Our partner for shipment service is DPD Curier.

We pay particular attention to packaging of our specialties. To guarantee the perfect preservation and integrity of perishable products, we use when needed isothermal packaging for food use in polystyrene and dry ice technology "dryice", a gel in an envelope which allows to regulate the internal temperature of the containers to maintain the cold chain . You can also reuse the envelope of gel at home, storing it in the freezer. Proper storage is the first rule for satisfying sensory experience of the product and helps to enhance and typical characteristics of the same.

We offer a food product that is handmade. For this reason, the variability of weight of the products, in particular those in shear, is physiological. On the product page, we highlight the average weight indicative of the pack in stock at time of order. The actual weight of the product that will be sent to depart in the absence or in excess of the weight stated in the information.

The Laterradipuglia Srls is not responsible for damage or tampering of goods delivered by the courier.

We invite you to always accept the parcel from the courier, "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" especially when there are signs of cracks, barrel and / or tampering: this is crucial in order to open claims against the carrier and obtain compensation for damage by the carrier itself. Otherwise the forwarder does not accept claims of any kind.

We ship perishable food products (eg cheese, cured meats, fish) only on Monday and Tuesday.

We recommend you to report a shipping address from which you can find someone during business hours because the carrier will ask for a signed receipt. You can choose your home address, but also the workplace, a neighbor, friend or relative. It is important that someone is present at the address indicated at the time of delivery, so as to avoid delays in delivery and inventory at the warehouse of the shipper.

During CHECKOUT, for easier delivery, please check that data such as address (complete with house number) and phone numbers are correct.

We also encourage you to communicate more and the mobile telephone number, so we will be able to easily communicate any information about your order or shipping problems.

CREDIT CARD - We accept most major credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable. By paying with a credit card you will not be charged any type of supplement. Laterradipuglia Srls reserves the right to call the Customer information such as landline phone number or sending a copy of documents proving the ownership of the paper used. In the absence of the required documentation, Laterradipuglia Srls reserves the right to refuse the order.
