The organic produce that we propose here is produced by PrimaBio, an agricultural cooperative located on the slopes of the hill where Rignano Garganico stands, in the province of Foggia. The cooperative started in 1998 on the initiative of the Terrenzio family and soon involved several farms in the surrounding area, up to a total extension of 400 hectares of land completely engaged in the production of organic vegetables. In fact, a common commitment is precisely to cultivate the land according to the rhythms of nature, without adding any additives or chemical products whatsoever. And not only that: collection and processing always take place within the same day, in order to preserve maximum freshness and taste. All production steps are taken care of with the utmost attention in order to preserve the intrinsic characteristics of the raw materials unchanged.
