
Chili peppers from Salento
The hot peppers are cultivated in open field between the
end of May and the beginning of June. The picking, between
August and October, requires more steps because of the
peculiarities of this plant.
It just needs to be warmed up for 5 minutes et voilà: a
ready hot chili pepper sauce.
An artisanal sauce made with our best fresh tomatoes,
cultivated in open field and selected by the expert hands
of our peasants, the best onions and the best hot chili
pepper. A sauce of a really resolute and unique taste. Who
loves hot and piquant dishes, will certainly appreciate this
sauce, treated only with a simple pasteurization.

Metiusco, from Greek “I become inebriate”. Red full-bodied wine, warm, rich in its fragrance. Common in the Salento warm lands, obtained by the late grape harvesting of Black Malvasia, Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes.
