And how can we not enjoy them in a sautéed, grilled, marinated, fried version? However you prepare them, aubergines always know how to make everyone agree. So today let's try them in this unusual version: a pesto made with dried aubergines, with a very special sprint given by the most authentic Bronte pistachio.
sunflower oil, dried aubergines (35.5%), green pistachio from Bronte DOP (6.6%), extra virgin olive oil, Parmesan cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet) (4.3%), mint, unrefined salt, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper.
Ingredients of dried eggplant pesto
Net weight, 100 grams. Recommended for 2 people.
How to use: pour the product into a bowl, add one or two tablespoons of the pasta cooking water, season and serve.
