Santa Lucia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 100% Made In Italy, cold extracted, fruity and sweet, coming from different varieties of olives from Salento: Ogliarola, Cellina di Nardó, Leccino, Nociara e Frantoio. 

Cold Extracted in the family farmhouse, this oil is rich in vitamins A, D, E, K and good fats. It's great to defend your body from aging and many heart diseases. 

SUGGESTIONS: it's one of the main ingredients of the so-called Mediterranean diet; it's good raw as well as used for cooking. 
 
TASTES: It's sweetly peppery, smelling of grass and almonds. 

PAIRINGS:  great on fish, meat, soups and other savory foods. 

HOW TO STORE IT : usually, extra virgin olive oil expires in 24 months; follow the instructions below to keep it unchanged during 24 months and more.
  • temperature must be between 10 and 20 degrees. Don't freeze it and don't leave it outside in summer. 
  • keep it in a dark place;
  • keep your tin or bottle always closed
  • keep it in tins or dark glass bottles
